Royal Enfield is not just a motorcycle brand. It’s movement. Mechanics. Sound. Tactility. Engineering romance. The apparel store needed more than merchandising walls. It needed a spatial anchor that embodied the DNA of the machine.
But there was a constraint.

The Approach
How we solved it — through research, iteration, and intelligent design.
We began by dissecting Royal Enfield’s most iconic components — shaft gears, oil filler caps, reflectors, and speedometers — not as spare parts, but as emotional artifacts. By studying their proportions, finishes, and mechanical logic, we translated the DNA of the motorcycle into a spatial interface.

Instead of designing a decorative wall, we created a tactile mechanical console inspired by vintage MOOG synthesizers. Knobs, dials, and gauges were arranged to feel engineered rather than ornamental, allowing users to physically connect with the installation.
Classic RE speedometers were motorized and programmed in randomized sequences. The subtle motion introduced rhythm and unpredictability — echoing the spirit of movement that defines Royal Enfield.
