In a multi-level retail space, moving products between floors is usually treated as a logistical problem. We saw an opportunity to turn that movement into part of the store itself. The result is a kinetic delivery system built around five vertical channels running through the height of the space. Staff load the shoebox upstairs, and gravity takes over. The product travels visibly down to the retail floor, eliminating the manual handoff while turning an everyday operational movement into a moment of interaction.
